FREE PHYSICALS

Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA) along with Ascension Saint Thomas and Results Physiotherapy will be offering free pre-participation exams for prospective Rutherford County middle and high school student athletes on Saturday, May 4, 2024. Please see the attached form for further details.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your students coach. 

** Please have the correct form and all parent/guardian signatures filled out at the time of arrival. Athletes without completed and signed forms will not be eligible to receive an exam. Printers will not be available the day of physicals.
